The Parkinson’s Café is a focal point for people with Parkinson’s to come and have a coffee and cake whilst getting the chance to understand what changes there are going to be to their lives and the lives of those who are supporting them.

The Cafe is open on the first and third Thursday of the month between 10:30 and 13:00 at Shirley Methodist Church, Stratford  Road, Shirley ,Solihull B90 3AL ( next to Iceland supermarket).

It is FREE, and there will be volunteers on hand to speak to those with any interest in knowing more about Parkinson’s, literature, information, advice, support, and the activities available in Solihull.

The café is open to anyone who wants to meet, chat to or just eat cake and drink tea with others who understand  the change in life from now on.

There is FREE parking behind the church on the shoppers car park.
